Kieran Kelliher | Dallas Mavericks
The Dallas Mavericks named Kieran Kelliher as chief financial officer of the NBA team. For the last 12 years, Kelliher has worked at the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Bulls Charities in similar roles. He is currently listed on the Bulls' management page as vice president of finance and administration. During his time in Chicago, he led its efforts to host the 2020 NBA All-Star Game and led the launch of its G League franchise, the Windy City Bulls. He earlier spent nine years at Deloitte, including as a senior manager of audit and enterprise risk services.
Lee Quackenbush | Cox Farms
Lee Quackenbush was appointed chief financial officer of indoor farming operator Cox Farms. Quackenbush most recently led the Value Creation program at confectionery giant Mars, supporting its $36 billion acquisition of Kellanova in December 2025. He was previously vice president and CFO for Mars Retail Group. Before joining Mars in July 2023, he was vice president of finance at e-commerce company Spreetail. He earlier spent over six years at General Motors, most recently as a finance manager.
Brittany Cerwin | Middleby
Middleby promoted Brittany Cerwin to finance chief of the commercial foodservice and food processing equipment maker. Cerwin joined Middleby in 2011 and has been chief accounting officer since May 2023. She was previously the corporate controller. Before joining Middleby, she was an auditor at Grant Thornton. Cerwin succeeds Bryan Mittelman, who has been CFO since 2019. Mittelman will transition to the role of special adviser to the CEO, where he will focus on the completion of its portfolio transformation, including the spin-off of its food processing business.
Chelsea Lantz | Nu Skin Enterprises
Nu Skin Enterprises named Chelsea Lantz as interim CFO to replace James Thomas, who has been the finance chief since February 2023. Thomas has stepped down after 15 years at the beauty and wellness company for an outside opportunity. Lantz joined Nu Skin in 2011 as senior manager of internal audit and has been corporate controller since 2023. She earlier worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she led financial audits and internal controls.
Phyllis Nordstrom | 3D Systems
Phyllis Nordstrom, the interim chief financial officer of 3D Systems, will take on the role permanently. Nordstrom has been the interim CFO since August 2025, and she will continue in her role as chief administrative officer. Before joining the company in September 2021, she worked at test and simulation systems maker MTS Systems as senior vice president and chief risk and enterprise services officer. She earlier held senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Target and U.S. Bank.
Jeff Sylvester | Chesapeake Utilities
Chesapeake Utilities CFO Beth Cooper will retire on June 30. Cooper, who has worked at the company for 36 years and has been finance chief since 2008, will be succeeded by Jeff Sylvester. Sylvester first joined Chesapeake Utilities in 2004 and has been chief operating officer since 2022. Sylvester was VP of customer care at Chesapeake Utilities subsidiary Florida Public Utilities from 2010 to 2012 before working as VP of operations at Black Hills Energy. He returned to Chesapeake Utilities in 2019 as senior vice president of operations. Sylvester started his career in financial analyst and controller roles at ThruPoint, GTE and Plantronics.
Sharyar Aziz | APP Jet Center
Aviation services firm APP Jet Center hired Sharyar Aziz as chief financial officer. Aziz joins the company from fixed-base operator business Aero Centers, where he has been CFO since June 2023. He earlier held financial leadership roles at Atlantic Aviation and Ross Aviation, including VP of M&A and development. Earlier in his career, Aziz worked at global independent investment bank Moelis & Co. He started his career at GE Capital, where he was part of the company’s Financial Management Program.
Lisa Robinson Smith | Carver Bancorp
Carver Bancorp promoted Lisa Robinson Smith to finance chief. Robinson Smith has been the bank’s deputy chief financial officer since June 2025, replacing Christina Maier, who has retired. She was previously managing director and head of FP&A at Guggenheim Investments. Before that, Robinson Smith held finance leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and Bear Stearns. She started her career at Deloitte.
