Jim Peters | Brown-Forman
Jim Peters was named chief financial officer of Brown-Forman, the spirits and wine maker of Jack Daniel's and Woodford Reserve. Peters will join the company on March 31 from Whirlpool, where he has been executive vice president of enterprise transformation since January. Peters joined Whirlpool in 2004, and before taking his current role, he held the CFO role since 2016. Peters earlier held management positions at Limited Brands and Ernst & Young. He succeeds Leanne Cunningham, who will retire on May 1 after more than 30 years with the company. She has been the finance chief since 2021.
Gabrielle Rabinovitch | Wonder
Gabrielle Rabinovitch will join food delivery and takeout chain Wonder as finance chief on April 6 as it prepares for an IPO. Rabinovitch has been the chief financial officer of payments processing firm Worldpay since February 2024. She earlier spent over seven years in financial leadership roles at PayPal Holdings, most recently as acting CFO and senior vice president of investor relations and treasurer. Earlier, she was vice president of investor relations at Williams-Sonoma, vice president of financial advisory services at AlixPartners and worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Nitesh Sharan | Quantinuum
Quantinuum appointed Nitesh Sharan as the quantum computing company’s new finance chief, effective April 6. For the last five years, Sharan has been chief financial officer of SoundHound AI, where he led its public listing in 2022. Before joining SoundHound AI, he worked at Nike, where he held several leadership roles, including as CFO of global operations and technology and vice president of investor relations and treasurer. Sharan previously spent 15 years in senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and began his career as a consultant at Accenture.
James Suh | Spurs Sports & Entertainment
James Suh was appointed CFO of Spurs Sports & Entertainment, the company that owns the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs and the United Soccer League’s San Antonio FC. Suh most recently worked for the NHL’s Florida Panthers, where he has been chief financial officer since January 2023. Suh earlier spent more than a decade with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, where he held several roles over 11 years, including vice president of finance.
Sanjay Khetan | Baked by Melissa
Baked by Melissa CFO, Sanjay Khetan, was promoted to chief executive officer of the bite-sized cupcake company. Khetan, who joined the dessert company last March as finance chief, will replace co-founder Melissa Ben-Ishay, who will become president. Khetan previously spent 14 years at PepsiCo, most recently as vice president and chief financial officer of PepsiCo eCommerce. He also spent over three years at Wonder, where he was executive vice president and chief production officer.
Victoria Lake | Cushman & Wakefield
Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield named Victoria Lake as CFO of APAC and EMEA. Lake joins the company from Accenture, where she has worked for the last 20 years. She was most recently the deputy CFO of its EMEA business. During her tenure, she held several leadership roles, including managing director of Accenture Corporate Development. Lake earlier spent four years at Deloitte, most recently as an assistant manager of transaction services.
Helen Campbell | London Transport Museum
Helen Campbell was appointed chief financial officer of the London Transport Museum. Campbell has worked at the English National Opera for the last six years, most recently as finance chief. Before that, she was head of financial accounting at Save the Children International. She previously worked at Thomson Reuters, including as a financial compliance controller.
Steve Glass | Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center named Steve Glass as CFO. Glass was previously the chief financial officer of the Cleveland Clinic from 2005 to 2022. From 2022 to 2024, he was president and CEO of Medical Mutual Insurance Company, a large Ohio-based regional insurer. His earlier career included senior financial leadership roles at MedStar Health.
