Video-streaming site Hulu has named Elaine Paul to lead the finance function, succeeding Tom Fuelling. Previously, she was senior vice president of corporate strategy at Disney, one of the firm’s parent companies.
Diebold said CFO Bradley Richardson will be leaving the firm. Vice president, global finance, Christopher Chapman will become interim principal financial officer effective Nov. 6, and Diebold has started a search for Richardson’s permanent replacement.
Brian Ferraioli has been named to head finance at KBR. He joins the construction, engineering and services firm from The Shaw Group, where he also was CFO.
Herff Jones has promoted John Pitts to the top finance spot. He replaces Mike Parrett, who had announced that he was leaving the company. Most recently, Pitts was CFO of BSN Sports, which Herff Jones acquired in May.
Mark Greenquist has been named finance chief of Sonus Networks. Formerly, he headed finance at Siemens Enterprise Communications, now known as Unify.
Patrick Barrett will join Fulton Financial as senior executive vice president on Nov. 4 and will become finance chief when CFO Charles Nugent retires at year-end. Previously, Barrett led the finance function at SunTrust Banks’ Wholesale Bank.
Industrial-gases firm Praxair has announced that Jim Sawyer, who has held the top finance spot for the past 13 years, is retiring on Dec. 31. Matt White, president of Praxair Canada, will take over from Sawyer on Jan. 1.
Mark Malbon has been appointed to head finance at copyright licensing agency Motion Picture Licensing. He is a former audit partner at Deloitte & Touche, as well as a former CFO of Roland Corp.
Tessco Technologies has promoted Aric Spitulnik to finance chief. He has been at the company since 2000 and was named principal accounting officer and corporate secretary last year.
Brad Blacketor has resigned as head of the finance function at Gold Resource. He will be replaced by Joe Rodriguez, corporate controller at the gold producer.
