Chris Lown | CoStar Group
CoStar Group, a commercial and residential real estate information provider, appointed Christian Lown as chief financial officer, effective July 1. Lown joins the company from home loan giant Freddie Mac, where he has been chief financial officer for the last four years. He previously was CFO of Navient Corporation and spent 11 years at Morgan Stanley, culminating as managing director of the financial institutions group, where he co-led the global fintech and North America banks and diversified finance practices.
Chris Cramer | Claire's
Claire's CFO and chief operating officer Chris Cramer will now take on the additional role of interim chief executive officer. Cramer succeeds Ryan Vero, who stepped down as CEO and from the Company's Board of Managers, effective immediately. Cramer joined the company in October 2023 from intimate and lifestyle apparel retailer Parade, where he was president. Cramer previously spent over 20 years working at Bath & Body Works and L Brands in leadership roles, including most recently as chief operating officer of Bath & Body Works.
Jason Bengel | LendingTree
Online lending marketplace LendingTree promoted Jason Bengel to CFO, effective August 9. Bengel has worked at LendingTree for over six years, most recently as senior vice president. Previous roles include vice president of FP&A at technology platform Outbrain and vice president of treasury and corporate development at Revlon. Bengel replaces Trent Ziegler, who is leaving the company after 12 years.
Samantha Stoddard | JELD-WEN
JELD-WEN promoted Samantha Stoddard to finance chief, effective July 1. Stoddard joined the windows and doors manufacturer in 2020 as vice president of finance for North American operations. Before that, she was CFO for the personal protection equipment business unit at Honeywell. She earlier worked as a finance executive at Industrial Timber, TEOCO, Penson Financial Services and Flagship Capital Partners, LLC. Stoddard succeeds Julie Albrecht, who will step down from her role on June 30 and work in an advisory capacity to help with the transition.
Linda Heller | Solid Power
Solid-state battery technology developer Solid Power appointed Linda Heller as its new chief financial officer and treasurer. For the last 15 years, Heller has held CFO roles in both public and private renewable and semiconductor companies, including Swell Energy, Deca Technologies, eSolar and Power-One, which was listed on Nasdaq during her tenure. Heller joins the company from Swell Energy where she has been CFO since 2021. Earlier in her career, she held various leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Amgen and Pharmacia. Heller succeeds Kevin Paprzycki who held the role since 2021.
Jason Moos | Bestpass-Fleetworthy Solutions
Bestpass-Fleetworthy Solutions named Jason Moos as the toll management platform’s chief financial officer. Moos was most recently CFO of real estate technology management company SMS Assist. During his 12 years at SMS Assist, he held several leadership roles and helped scale the company's top-line revenue by over 1500%. Moos succeeds John Lang, who is retiring.
Anna Wijkander | Saab
Saab, formerly an automaker who specializes in aerospace products, airplanes, missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles, experimental aircraft, and submarines has announced that Anna Wijkander, currently the deputy CFO and head of corporate control, will become the company's new CFO and a member of Saab's Group Management starting September 9. Wijkander has been with Saab for nearly ten years in financial leadership roles, and also served in leadership roles at Swedish telecommunications platform Ericsson prior to joining Saab. Her promotion follows an announcement from early April by the current CFO and deputy CEO Christian Luiga that he would be leaving the company.
Yogesh Patel | Trianz
Yogesh Patel is the new CFO of Trianz, a global digital transformation technology solutions and services firm. Before joining Trianz, Patel was chief financial officer of aerospace and defense solutions firm TATA Advanced Systems Limited. He previously held CFO positions at Mahindra Logistics and HealthCare Global and also held leadership roles at Ernst & Young, Wipro and IBM.
Thomas DeByle | AstroNova
AstroNova appointed Thomas DeByle as the data visualization technology provider’s new finance chief. DeByle has been chief financial officer of industrial manufacturer NN, global industrials company Standex International and Plastic Industries. He previously held senior finance roles at Doosan Infracore, Ingersoll Rand, Thermo King International, Enerpac and Johnson Controls. DeByle replaces David S. Smith, who has retired.
