Job Description
Northrop Grummans Integrated Systems Western Region seeks a Senior Export Compliance Administrator to support the HALE Market Segment. The Senior Export Compliance Administrator will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance concerning the requirements and obligations of exporting defense articles, technical data, defense services and dual-use items under the International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The Senior Export Compliance Administrator will also: assist with the development of licensing strategies for the Program to include long-term planning and support of foreign disclosure activities; prepare and administer complex agreements and licenses requiring USG approval; determine and certify appropriate legal authority for exports of defense articles, technical data and defense services, as well as dual-use commodities/technologies; conduct internal compliance training and general export awareness training; and participate in reviews and investigations of potential non-compliance matters. Excellent training, writing and communication skills required; BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience, plus a minimum of 10 years related work experience, which includes a minimum of 6 years ITAR export licensing and compliance experience; active DoD Security Clearance required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Working knowledge of EAR export licensing and compliance.Typical Minimum Education / Experience: 10 Years with Bachelors; 8 Years with Masters Relocation Assistance Available. Security Clearance Required.
