Job Description

Job Description: Manage SEC filings (10-Q/Ks, 8-Ks, bond offerings, etc.) Coordinate quarterly earnings release Perform technical research Serve as finance contact on ad-hoc projects (such as bond offerings, securitizations, etc.) Manage staff consisting of at least 1 managers and 1 senior analyst Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley processes  

 

QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: 6-20 years public/private CPA with signifcant external reporting experience   Education: Bachelors   Certifications: None   Licenses: None
