Our client is a successful firm working in the PE and M&A space with a strong performance record making control investments.


Responsibilities
- Conducting due diligence
- Financial Modeling and analysis
- Preparation of investment committee memoranda
- Participation in portfolio company oversight
- Partner support


-Deal sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities


Skills / Qualifications


 -3-4 Years of PE and/or M&A experience


Pre and Post-MBA candidates will be considered but must have the following qualifications. Candidates without prior private equity and M&A experience will not be considered for this position.


- Strong academic credentials
- Solid work history:


-3-4 Years of PE and/or M&A experience


- Excellent analytical and financial skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives
- Personal characteristics of self-confidence, integrity, collegiality and discipline
- Must be a self-starter who has a record of showing initiative

Compensation package, depending on experience and performance
