Michael Dastoor | Jabil
Technology manufacturing company Jabil appointed its CFO, Michael Dastoor, as interim chief executive officer. Dastoor takes over for Kenneth Wilson, who was placed on paid leave on April 15 pending the completion of an investigation related to corporate policies. Dastoor joined the company in 2000 as regional controller of Asia Pacific and became finance chief in 2018. Before joining Jabil, Dastoor was a regional financial controller for Inchcape, where he joined in 1993.
Darin Harper | Dave & Buster’s
Darin Harper will join entertainment and restaurant business Dave & Buster’s as its new CFO on June 17. Harper most recently was chief financial officer of World Choice Investments, an operator of large, themed family entertainment attractions. Before that, he spent six years as CFO of Main Event Entertainment, leading it through its acquisition by Dave & Buster's in June 2022. Previous roles include chief financial officer of On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, principal accounting officer at Chuck E. Cheese's, and director of financial reporting at RadioShack. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Daniel Hopgood | Nordson
Daniel Hopgood was appointed finance chief of precision technology company Nordson, effective May 20. For the last 12 years, Hopgood has held several roles at a $23 billion multinational power management company Eaton. He is currently Eaton’s controller and chief accounting officer, leading global accounting and reporting and developing and executing Eaton’s global finance strategy. Before joining Eaton, he was vice president of aftermarket for the Americas at Meritor, a manufacturer of commercial vehicle components and systems. Hopgood succeeds Joseph Kelley, who assumed the role of the company’s executive vice president and industrial precision solutions segment leader.
Peter Kuipers | Clover Health
Peter Kuipers was appointed CFO of Clover Health, a physician enablement technology company. Kuipers most recently worked at Omnicell as the healthcare technology company’s chief financial officer, where he contributed to its revenue growth from $485 million to $1.3 billion. Before that, he held CFO roles at digital advertising technology platform Quantcast and The Weather Company. Kuipers also held divisional CFO and executive FP&A leadership roles at Yahoo!, Altera Corporation, General Electric Company, and Akzo Nobel.
Ashley Mehlman | Simpro
Ashley Mehlman was named finance chief of Simpro, a business management software provider for commercial trade service businesses. Mehlman has over 17 years of accounting, finance and operations experience, including senior and leadership positions at KPMG, Zurich North America and Toyota Financial Services. For the last six years, she worked at production software, payroll, and services provider Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, where she was senior vice president of financial planning and analysis.
Bill Choi | Nile
Bill Choi was appointed chief financial officer of AI networking solution provider Nile. Choi joined the company from cybersecurity and zero trust cloud security company Zscaler, where he was senior vice president of strategic finance and investor relations. During his six years at Zscaler, Choi helped the firm hit several milestones, including the best-performing tech IPO of 2018 and 15x growth in annual recurring revenue to over $2 billion. Earlier, Choi spent over 20 years leading and building technology sector research practices at several investment banks, including Jefferies, Janney, Merrill Lynch, and PaineWebber.
Paul Todgham | Greenhouse
Greenhouse hired Paul Todgham as the hiring platform’s new finance chief. Todgham was most recently CFO of Cognex, a machine vision and barcode scanning solutions provider. Before that, he worked at Levi Strauss & Company for six years in several senior leadership roles, including leading finance for the company's global supply chain, distribution, merchandising, planning, design and marketing teams. Earlier he was vice president of finance for Ross Stores and he spent nearly a decade at The Boston Consulting Group, advising clients in the technology and consumer sectors.
Prithvi Gandhi | Beacon
Prithvi Gandhi will take over as chief financial officer of building product distributor Beacon on May 6. Gandhi has been CFO of TAMKO Building Products, a roofing product manufacturer and supplier for the last two years. Before that, he was finance chief of Fast Radius, a 3D printing business that went public in 2022. Earlier, he worked at Owens Corning for eight years, holding various senior finance roles, including vice president of FP&A and corporate strategy and interim CFO. Gandhi held corporate strategy and development roles at Dover, Zebra Technologies, and Morgan Stanley earlier in his career.
